Valuer / Senior Valuer - 估价师

Responsibilities

-To participate in valuation and consultancy projects and to prepare necessary reports;
-To conduct market research on various property sectors and value assessment projects;
-To conduct site visits, either in Shanghai or in other cities and collect data for preparation of valuation and consultancy projects
-To assist in preparing tender documents
-To ensure compliance of valuation standards
-To retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships

Requirements

-Member of HKIS / RICS / CIREA will be preferred;
-University degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
-Minimum one year or above post-qualification experience in China;
-Candidate with 3 years’ or above post qualification experiences will be considered the post as Senior Valuer;
-Good command of both English and Chinese;
-Proficiency in MS Office;
-Able to work independently under continuous pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work.
