Project Function
-.Successfully defines work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
-.Decisions on business operations have a moderate to high level of impact.
-.Completes the definition of complex projects, arbitrates design options, and monitors results.
-. Completes complex projects and performs project RASCI, planning implementation and control.
Group Function
-. Provides technical direction to technical team.
-. Evaluates and recommends changes in methods or procedures
-. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
-. Engineering release responsibility of EPB assembly on HW & SW level.
Cross Dept. Function
-. Assists in the development of project budgets and business plans for functional area.
-. Identifies resource needs and may develop justification.
-. Provides technical support to production, marketing, sales, and/or other departments.
Customer Interface Role
-.Contributes to overall success of function or project to support OEM vehicle platform
-.Successfully communicates appropriate project information to cross-functional teams, management, and customers/suppliers.
-. Problem solving ability in R&D phase with customer and Conti orientation.
Skill & Background
-. Basic Catia knowledge, excellent MS office, project, ppt, excel skills
-. Fluent English in oral & writing, German is a plus
-. Bachelor degree or above in engineering field, major in automotive especially in chassis is a plus
-. 3 years working experience or at least 2 projects fullt attendance in automotive industry
-. Prefer to have experience in application, testing or design
