职位描述/要求：
任职要求：
1. University (diploma holder) and above, major in electrics, electronics or automatization;
2.Knowledge on relative products;
3.At least 1 years working experience in a multi-national company; at least 3 years related sales & marketing experience;
Good command of both Chinese and English; PC skills in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel;
4.Ability to work effectively and independently; Good communication skills, business sense and team spirit;
5.Good social skills, persuasiveness, analytical thinking, judgement etc.


职位职责：
1.) Acquisition of new customers
- To generate orders and sales turnover in North China regions,
- Acquisition and consulting of customers by telephone
- Customer visits and presentation of product spectrum
- Determination of requirements and formulation of solutions via PULS procedure
- Tracking of quotation, written and telephonic inquiries
- Negotiation of purchase quantities, terms, supply agreements etc.
- Preparation of framework contracts, order confirmation, target sales contracts
- Optimization of margins taking into account the conditions of competitors
- Preparation of special price inquiries ready for judgement of the manager
- Participation in development of concept and quotation for customized inquiries
- Transfer of customer needs to R&D in collaboration with technical support
- Prompt processing of newly given sales projects
- Close collaboration with manager, technical support, R&D and other departments if necessary

2.) Customer maintenance
- Secure the profitable business, including regular sales visits and sales reports, sales turnover forecast as well as planning and targets
- Develop and support the qualified trading distributors
- Staying in touch with purchase department and other technical departments of customers
- Early identification of new developments of customers
- Negotiations in order to renew framework contracts and orders.
- Optimization of margins in regard to competition laws
- Preparation of special price inquiries ready for judgement for manager
- Participation in development of concept and quotation for customized inquiries
- Transfer of customer needs to R&D

3.) Marketing & expansion of PULS market share
- To provide and analyze market information, customer needs, forecast turnover
- Submit the regular sales activity report to the management and agreement with management
- Cooperating in marketing researches
- Joining relevant exhibitions
- Development of marketing concept for the region
- Own targets and ideas for sales approach
- Exploitation of new sales channels / new market segments / new possible fields of application
- Monitoring of competitors in regard to technology, price behaviour, places of action, specific applications
