Main Responsibilities:

? Fully compliant with all statutory payroll legislation and deal with any queries from Chinese Authorities
? Administer and update all records to comply with internal and external controls
? To provide support to the China Payroll Manager & Local HR Managers and participate in any project related work
that will impact on the Payroll dept
? Manage Time and Absence recording for sites and make necessary updates for new year
? Provide monthly reports to non-statutory third parties to reconcile payments made via RCS

Requirement:
? College degree preferably
? Fluent English both in oral and writing
? At least 2 years related working experiences is required
? Working experience in related area in multi-national companies is a plus
? Excellent in MS office skills, e.g. Word, Excel and Power Point, etc.
? Experienced in SAP system is a plus
? Good Communication skill and learning attitude
? Result oriented
