OT overseas visitors time and whereabouts monitoring assistance

Finance:
Petty cash management
Beijing office expenses report
Support company operation as below but not limited:

To HR:
Record of annual leave, presence in office, overtime, absenteeism, etc
Working / residence permit applications / renewal for expatriate
Holiday Management assistance
Employee activities & training assistance
To Marketing and communication
Company gifts distribution and monitoring assistance
Company brochures arrangement assistance
