Essential Responsibilities
The Services Leader directs functional area of JV, translates concepts, develops strategy,build up Customer support team, drives integration and implements change. In this role you will create programs responsive to external environment and participate in cross-functional business.
- Participate in identifying and promoting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs to address market needs
- Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure appropriate sales coverage and opportunities to achieve the services orders plan
- Responsible for the overall management duties for assigned Service Managers and Field Service Engineers (FSEs)
- Provide accurate and timely information to assigned personnel regarding salary planning, performance appraisals, career coaching and disciplinary action as required
- Lead efforts to ensure Customer Service excellence, ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance
- Develop business strategy and provide feedback on market dynamics
- Develop the strategies and execute the plans required to enhance customer relationships and ensure responsive support to customers’ needs
- Develop the strategies and execute the plans required to manage in-service product performance, resolve field technical issues and provide technical support through the in-service life-cycle of all JV products

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, Engineering Degree (or equivalent) is required
- At least 8 additional years of experience in Field Services
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Ability to interface and influence all levels of the customers organization as well as other functions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Desired Characteristics
- Aviation or Avionics background preferred
- Strong business acumen and commercial savvy
- Six Sigma training is preferred
- Strong customer service mindset
- Prior P&L, Field Services or Sales/Commercial experience is preferred
