Position Description:
Strong Business Process Manager needed to standardize and sustain logistics/supply chain global processes and best practices. This individual will assure that global/regional processes and business tools are leveraged across all BUs and related functional areas in the region. Position will involve working closely with key business leaders and users, gathering data to support project recommendations, and supporting Asia TMS deployments. Additional responsibilities include:

- Manage a team of 3 business process direct reports and provide administrative support for 2 others who are part of the Shanghai logistics team.
- Support the Regional Lead on the support of TMS post go-live issues at different sites and related regional projects (audits, self assessments, training, etc)
- On-site participation in Asia TMS implementations (where applicable)
- Understand various Business processes within different Business Units (BU) in TE
- Participate and address concerns in various regional councils: CHOPs, Chine Business Council, Asia Procurement Leadership Meetings, Engineering Council, etc.
- Position will include multiple time zone interfaces (evening calls)
- Addresses tactical issues where needed or directed.

Position Qualifications/Competencies - Required
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. Ability to provide effective written communications and project management documentation. Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally and to influence without direct authority
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of logistics or related experience and minimum 2 years of business process, systems analysis, and project management experience.
- Strong problem solving capabilities. Results oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decision-making.
- Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines.
- Experience working in a global organization a plus. Must be able to travel worldwide and will flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications. Travel (~30%) within Asia.
