Job Description:

-Check PO release each week from overseas plants;

-Send shipping notification to suppliers;

-Book space with forwarders and follow up with suppliers till cargo delivery to origin port;

-Make shipping documents and obtain certificate of origin at local CIQ;

-Track and trace shipment until delivery to VMI Warehouse;

-Monitor plant pick up status and overseas warehouse inventory;

-Make track & trace report;

-Verify charges / invoices from forwarders,warehouses/insurance company/suppliers;

-Coordinate with financial team for payment and export VAT refunding;

-Release payment to manufacturing and logistics suppliers and Etc;

-Other tasks assigned by IEO Supervisor.

Other requirements:

-Bachelor degree in supply chain management/international shipping/ international business

-Minimum 3-5 years experience with reputable forwarders or a trading company handling import and export business

-Incoterm 2010 training; sound knowledge of import and export traffic for air/ocean and brokerage

Good communication, coordination and problem solving skills and capability;

sense of urgency and responsibility, dedicated work attitude, and fluent English capability (both Speaking and Writing) is a must!

Familiarity to actual practices with Chinese customs, forwarders, suppliers, China Commcerial.
