Job Requirements:

- Active participation in the development of business process optimization
- Assistance in the preparation and implementation of cross-functional meetings and workshops
- Support of the implementation of results
- Support of benchmark projects and market research
- Asisting in the process modeling and development of global project documentation
- Scheduling and coordination of team events
- Office management (ordering office material, maintaining seating assignment, etc.)

Skills and Knowledge:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program of business administration, industrial engineering, business computer science or a comparable degree program
- Profound knowledge of English
- Good MS Office skills
- Technical understanding and interest in product development
- Organizational skills, independent and structured working method
- Initiative, personal commitment and communication skills

GETRAG Asia Pacific Transmission Technology (Shanghai) Co., LTD (GAP), opened offices in the Zhangjiang High Technology Park, Pudong, in 2011. The main function of our Shanghai offices is to act as a central contact point for GETRAG Corporate Group, in Asia-Pacific. GAP will lead and coordinate engineering and sales activities for GETRAG Corporate Group throughout Asia.
