Job Description :

1,Calibration of gear box functions (e.g. shift patterns, T/C maps, etc.).
2, Discuss and analyze technical problems and possible solutions with customers; support all sales activities technically.
3, Responsible for development of transmission and system attributes.
4, Responsible for developing calibration methodologies, tools, processes, and techniques.
5, Responsible to contribute of technical competence within GETRAG through mutual teaching, technical support, and research activities.

Skills and Knowledge:
1, University degree (master or bachelor) in engineering
2, At least two years working experience as calibration engineer, one mid-size project from <KO> to completed
3, Advanced understanding of calibration methodologies, tools, and techniques
4, Capability to assess vehicles, identify problem areas and ability to implement solutions
5, Capability to analyse calibration data and define actions accordingly
6, Active and open to learn new things; open for opinions of fellow engineers
7, Ability to transfer knowledge from one area to another
8, Open to experiment and try things
9, Can structure work systematically and logically
10, At least drived 2 years on the road,desire and drive to understand technology deeply
11,good English both in Speaking and Writing
