职位描述
Job Description:
1. Calendar management including scheduling appointments, coordinating with other Assistants and confirming meetings with investors, clients, and offshore colleagues as requested;
2. Booking of supporting technology (teleconference / VC facilities) and scheduling of conference rooms for internal and external meetings
3. Arrangement of travel schedule as requested including flights, visas, cars, hotels, and other reservations;
4. Handling of confidential documentation and correspondence as requested etc;
5. Undertaking research as requested on prospective clients and proactive database expansion;
6. Prepare expense reconciliation and out-of-pocket expense reports and claims including tracking receipts and charge codes in a timely and accurate manner
7. 6 month contractor, ( may extends to 1-2 years contract base on performance)
Qualifications
1. Strong communication skills (Fluency in English is required)
2. Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients;
3. Former work experience in Foreign bank, investment company is a plus
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint, emphasis on Outlook and Excel
