Essential Responsibilities

- Owns all aspects of contract management, including proposal development, risk management and mitigation, specification compliance, terms & conditions analysis, contract negotiation and issue resolution - Own the Risk review (R0/R1/R2) process for all the verticals for China, drive Commercial operation process and work as single point of contact for Power Conversion and Energy Management R review. - Work with vertical sales team to increase the order pipeline and provide both tactical and strategic input to improve hit rate, take lead on all the global reporting on order and in Sales Force.Com. Work closely with Finance on Monthly operating rhythm with HQ. - Provide leadership during the deal review process to ensure that all technical risk points, risk mitigation, and business risk acceptance levels are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal wording - Interface with the Vertical Sales teams to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals - Coordinate the output of proposals to insure the production schedule dates are met and that a quality proposal is issued to the customer - Develop appropriate Terms and Conditions for standard Customer proposals based on Risk / Reward Analysis - Oversee implementation and deployment of the business commercial processes within the Vertical - Drive the margin as sold, proposal on time delivery, down payment cash, and customer satisfaction targets for commercial activities - Measured on proposal timeliness, proposal financial volume, Orders, As-Sold CM, proposal defects - Provide day to day leadership to 2 employees working on Risk management and Commercial Terms & Conditions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of business or engineering experience)• At least 3 additional years of experience in project management, financial or commercial contract management.
