职位描述:
-负责电话销售团业绩指标的达成；
-负责团队业绩质量的管理并提供指导和帮助；
-负责报告制作及数据分析；
-负责团队成员的激励与发展；
-负责团队人员的招聘及新员工的培训；
-其它相关的工作。

职位要求:
-大专及以上学历。英语听说读些熟练着优先；
-具有5年以上电话呼叫中心工作经验，特别是电话销售中心的工作经验为佳，并且具有2年相关管理经验；
-能够熟练操作Office办公软件，并能理解、管理、演示数据和报告；
-具有优秀的团队管理和激励技巧；
-具有积极的个人创新能力及问题解决能力；
-能够自我激励和在高压下达成并超越目标。

General Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing telemarketing team performance and target achievement
- Performing quality monitoring and providing coaching and mentoring
- Preparing reporting and data analysis
- Motivating and developing team members
- Recruitment and new hire training
- Other tasks as necessary

Job Qualifications:
-College or above. Prefer good English skills, especially reading and writing.
-Need 5+ years work experience in Call Center, ideally in outbound telemarketing or telesales, industry with at least 2 years management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to understand manage and present data and reports
- Ability to demonstrate excellent people management and motivation skills
- Positive individual able to be creative and problem solve
- Highly self motivated and willing to work under pressure to hit and exceed targets
-Prefer good English skills, especially reading and writing
