Responsibility:
1. In charge of the site overall management, propose and implement local business strategy, operation plan and budget. Recommend and manage appropriate investment allocations to meet strategic and business objectives.
2. Explore growth potentials and pursues new business opportunities in close cooperation with marketing.
3. Keep effective communication network within the local unit and Greater China Unit.
4. Optimize capabilities within territory: market coverage, assets and skills of employees.
5. Align the organization, infrastructure and employees to the market needs.
6. Ensure growth of operating profit and contribution to the group results
7. Ensure and carry out objective setting, provide coaching and regular feedback.
8. Manage, motivate and develop employees in line with the management principles of the company.
9. Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training and compensation of personnel.
10. Proposes and implements investments within budget and / or terms of reference.
11. Decide on staffing levels within budget and corporate guidelines.
12. Implemented Global Star EHS program and passed the pre-audit of business.

Requirement:
1. Over 15 years operation working experience in chemical industry.
2. 7 years management experience with excellent communication skills.
3. Prefer candidates from high-risk industry.
4. Can work under pressure.
