工作职责
Responsibility
◇ The main responsibility is to drive primarily on Quality and support other performance indices like cost and Yield improvement for key customers。
◇ Ensure good quality continue to improve with increase in volume
◇ As the prime contact for customers，drive internal for improvement and report progress to local management
岗位要求
Job Requirements
Education Background
◇ University graduate in electronic or related equipment major
Working Experience
◇ Min 3 to 10 year experience in IC Assembly and Test operation with engineering background.
◇ Good knowledge of process engineering and electroplating technology.
◇ Strong analytical ability, reasoning and problem-solving
◇ Experience in Process, RND and handling NPI (new product introduction)
Training Experience
◇ Electric chemistry.
Specialized Skill
◇ Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and react quickly to changing conditions.
◇ Able to use Microsoft Office and MS Project
◇ Good command of both written and read English
Other Requirement
◇ Hard working, self motivated, creative-mind set and able to accept work pressure
◇　Min 2 years of working experience in Multi National Company with managerial experience is preferred.
