岗位要求：
1. 统招本科以上学历，一周工作三天，大三生优先考虑；
2. 对人力资源工作有强烈兴趣；
3. 优秀的英语读写能力；
4. 良好的沟通能力及应变能力；
5. 态度认真、踏实肯干、积极主动且有责任感。
岗位职责：
1. 协助办理人员入离职手续；
2. 协助进行人事资料的录入、整理；
3. 人事档案的整理；
4. 其他相关工作。
Position Responsibilities
?Be responsible for interview arrangements.
?Be responsible for resumes pre-screen through email, phone call, etc.
?Be responsible for assisting to create presentations.
?Be responsible for assisting of file filing.
?Be responsible for assisting with travel arrangements, purchasing and other related admin assignments.
?Be responsible for coordinating with internal teams on to handle work smoothly.
?Be responsible for taking on any additional HR projects as allocated.
Required Qualifications
§ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in (more of HR Focus).
§ Previous human resources, employee communications experience in multination company experience preferred.
§ Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment.
§ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
§ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
§ Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
§ Fluent in both Putonghua and English
