工作职责/Job Descriptions:

1. 积极有效地开发市场并向销售经理汇报
Actively and efficiently develop business and report to sales manager
2. 完成销售目标，控制应收账款并保持良好的利润
Achieve the sales targets, controlling AR and maintain reasonable gross profit level
3. 响应客户需求，进行合同谈判和处理客户投诉
Response the customer’s request, negotiate the contract and deal with complaints
4. 跟踪订单并保证合同按照约定的技术规格和时间执行
Follow up the order and ensure the contract are executed on Spec, on time
5. 提交材料预测并支持营运团队有效控制库存
Deliver the material forecast and support operation team to control the stock efficiently
6. 收集市场和竞争对手信息，协助应用技术开发新产品和新应用
Collect the market & competition information and assist application engineer to develop the new products and applications
7. 遵守公司指导方针和规章制度，完成销售经理安排的其他任务
Comply company's guiding principles & policy and accomplish other tasks requested by sales manager
8. 需要经常出差
Frequent business travels are required

任职要求Qualifications:

1. 3年以上的外资企业工业品销售经验，从事汽车行业工业消耗品的优先
Over 3 years foreign company sales experience in industrial area, better in industrial consumables supplier for automotive industry
2. 良好的人际交往和沟通能力
Interpersonal & communication skills
3. 积极主动，善于发现销售机会
Appetite for businesses, activity and positive
4. 能够从始至终的跟踪并解决问题
Effective Problem solving skills and follow through
5. 有小型团队管理经验的优先
Small team management experience is preferred
6. 卓越的执行力和良好的自我管理能力
Excellent execution capability and good self management skill
7. 有技术背景者优先
Technical background is preferred
8. 诚实、可信、可靠
High integrity, Credible, Reliable
