Recruitment:
1.Explore and optimize multi-channel recruitment resources for different levels of positions to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
2.Responsible for the interview and selection to ensure appropriate recruitment method is selected and qualified candidate is hired via recruitment requirements and timescale.
3.Ensure the selection, interview, new employment activities follow recruitment procedure and well arranged in a professional way.
4.Ensure the manpower requirement from each department is within approved H/C budget.
5.Update weekly recruitment report, and analysis recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Training:
1. Develops and implements programs to beef-up DL employee's competency to meet the organization's business needs.
2. Identifies training and development needs of IDL employee in conjunction with department managers.
3. Employee knowledge, skill and competency review and development.
4. Set-up master training plan, conduct programs and measure training effectiveness on training programs launched.
Others:
Lead and handles general HR functions in site, and close coordination with HR team of WM Suzhou, such as employee insurance, contract, personal file management etc.

1.Bachelor degree
2.At least 2 years recruiting, training, ER experience and total 5 years HR related experience in a foreign environment.
3.Professional HR knowledge and experience in related aspects of HR functions, especially for interview.
4.Be familiar with local labor law and other government regulations on employment
5.Good in English
6.Good sense of color
7.Computer literacy
8.Good inter-personal communication skill and be able to interact with all levels of management and staff.
