Job Title: Quality Technician

Major Accountabilities:
Customer Quality Technician level
Working with the customers' Quality Management team, monitor and report on relevant quality issues encountered at the end customers' CMs.
Support root cause data collection of failures relevant to the customer's products, and for the end customers' critical issues
Provide and facilitate direct communication between the customer, CMs and the end customer related to product quality issues.
Submit weekly status reports in a format agree upon with the customer

Skills/Qualification Requirements:
Three years quality experience in high volume electronic product manufacturing
Be familiar with process of electronic product manufacturing (SMT, reflow, etc)
Electronic background either in education or in working
Positive attitude and strong communication skills with the customer to respond the customers' questions and requirements
