1）英文优秀及精通注塑，压铸，冲压，表面处理和装配工艺者优先。

2）汽车零配件行业或生产管理背景者优先。

3）逻辑思维能力较强，并具有一定的问题分析能力，懂得运用专业工具和系统性方法。

4）具有较强的沟通和跨部门合作能力，能解决生产过程突发事件。

5）具有组织相关人员以团队方式解决问题及跨部门案件推动能力。具有高度的责任感和团队合作精神。

职位职责Job Discribtion;

1)根据生产计划，组织并确保生产进度和单位生产能力。

2）合理调配人员和设备，通过单位工序时间，设备产能及过程改进，全面提高生产效率。

3）主持车间生产线早晚行动例会，全面协调车间工作。

4）主导内部客诉的调查和分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施。

5）监督并考核员工及班长的QCDSM执行情况，实施奖惩，确保制度得到落实。

6）配合平行部门和厂长，全面推行工厂层面的持续改善，降低生产成本，提高产品质量。
