职位描述
一.Responsibilities: Depends upon the extent to which the employee is expected to develop the sequence and timing of various aspects of the work, to modify or to recommend modifications of instructions and to participate in establishing priorities and defining objectives.
1. Quality Inspection Plan drafting including IQC, FQC, OQC, etc.
2. Conduct FAI (First Article Inspection
3. Conduct process qualification audit
4. Focus on shop-floor daily quality issues, analyzes process data to ensure rootcause resolution, drives corrective& preventive actions and continuous improvement activities effectively.
5. Lead periodical MRB meeting for NCR and validate the root causes of process and material related.
6. Implement the process audit and participate the internal audit; Responsible for process & final audit system continuous improvement in production.
7. Develop the process quality control plan and inspection instruction; review and assist to develop FMEA.
8. Understands the engineering design verification requirements and ensures that they are met in the manufacturing process. Successful candidate will manage the product production transfer and release through Release to manufacturing process.
9. Support to diagnose/identify the root causes of customer complaint and define the corrective actions, track corrective actions implementation, preventive action and closure status
10. Support the PSM for new supplier qualification, coordinate the new parts/material qualification include FAI.
11. Develop the In-process and outgoing checklist, Standardize and update quality documents
12. Prepare the regular quality report for both domestic and global on request.
13. Review ECO and implement actions to follow the ECO requirement.
14. Collect and calculate quality data for project and process, conduct quality analysis.
15. Train internal/external personnel for inspection techniques and systems.
16. Any other projects and duties as assigned.
二.Minimum Position Requirements
1.Bachelor degree, prefer major in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
2.More than 5 year’s experience in Engineering of Telecommunication industry, 2~3 years above in Quality Control position.
3.Excellent knowledge of statistic process control methods and be able to apply them suitably to achieve continuous improvement.
4.Good knowledge in ISO9000 quality system, be familiar with QC tools running.
5.Fluent in English in oral & written, good communication with technical foreigner.
6.Ability to use software packages e.g. Word for Windows, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
7.Ability work under pressure and diligent.
8.Good team work and cooperation ability.
