职位描述
1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering with specialty in Mechanical / Electrical or Industrial Engineering or relevant professions
2. Requires 5+ years of work experience in mechanical assembly of telecommunication industry, or automotive industry, knowledgeable about process automation (like auto-screwing and auto-soldering process), knowledge on how to implement automatic production steps into an assembly line, RF knowledge is preferred.
3. Good industrial engineering knowledge
4. Know 6 sigma concept and able to use effective tools to solve problems
5. Good skill for problem solving, systematic and logical
6. Team player, diligent and result oriented.
7. Good communication skills with team-work spirit, ability to work and communicate effectively with procurement, supply quality, R&D and production team. Able to communicate and team work across functions and departments (R&D, purchasing, NPI, manufacturing, shop floor, quality)
8. Fluent English skills in both reading and written, able to discuss technical specifications with foreign suppliers.
9. Be familiar with AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Excel / SPC / DOE / FMEA tools
10. Responsibilities: Depends upon the extent to which the employee is expected to develop the sequence and timing of various aspects of the work, to modify or to recommend modifications of instructions and to participate in establishing priorities and defining objectives.
1). Responsible for maintaining and developing Manufacturing Process running workable and effective;
2). Develop manufacturing process, issue and revise PFMEA / Work Instruction / Flow Chart;
3). Review the existing production process, develop plans to improve productivity and product’s quality;
4). Continuous optimize and automate the assembly/testing/packing process aiming at long-term fixes in terms of yield, efficiency, quality improvement and cost saving;
5). Engaging in R&D concept reviews with focus on DFA/DFT and develop opportunities for automation;
6). Interacting with global industrialization team on development of automation process;
7). Supporting production team on low yield analysis, trouble-shooting, line balancing activities;
8). Supporting new process, product / ECR introduction, training and implementation;
9). Lead technicians and on-line trainers to execute training plan to mass production lines.
