Basic responsibilities:

1. Take charge of Helpdesk support (via Email, telephone and on-site service);

2. Monitor and maintain network (cabling) devices and system/application servers;

3. Lead and implement new IT project;

4. Design and create database structure, make data backup and maintenance for Pro/INTRALINK, EPLAN and SVN server;

5. Implement the traceability functionality of machine;

6. Implement all necessary changes and deliver an up to date and complete software;

7. Other works assigned by leadership.

Skills:

1. Technical proficiency in Windows XP, Win7, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, System Backup & Recovery and networking and PC hardware;

2. Basic experience with high level language as C#/C++ is plus, ERP system maintenance experience is plus.

3. Good command in speaking and written English.

Related work experience:

At least 2 years working experience and knowledge in IT industry.

Formal education or equivalent:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in computer science, information technology or related field.

Others:

1. Self-motivated, analytical-minded, able to work independently and under pressure;

2. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
