职位描述
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Handle Key Account customer orders, complaints and opportunities.
a) Receive and process orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedure:
b) Compare customer specification against internal default specification. Coordinate any difference between QA colleagues and customer till an agreed specification is reached for sign-off.
c) Request customer samples in CRM, follow up with internal colleague in US then inform customer of tracking details once dispatched.
d) Ensure that all customer complaints are clear and understood, then enter the complaint in CRM, follow up among internal QA manager in US, sales manager and customer till complaint closure with customer satisfied and without delay. In the interim, to ensure that customer is kept informed of any progress in a timely manner.
e) Handle damaged bag claim from customers to ensure credit notes are issued properly.
f) Request air freight cost from Logistics for customer
2. Commercial Support to Dairy business
a) Collecting forecasts from customers and check with planning manager before confirm back to customer.
b) Ensure all customer orders are received within the standard time frame under company policy.
c) Contribute to the forecasting process by highlighting irregularities or high fluctuations.
d) Communicate without delay to planning manager on any changes of original agreed forecast from customer.
e) Consolidate weekly report to sales manager and customer with detailed and most up-to-date information in a timely manner.
f) Assist in customer inquiries and provide supporting documents and information to the customer.
3. Marketing responsibilities:
？ Assist in on-site support at FIC trade show every March.
Essential Requirements:
- University level education, bachelor or above
- Minimum 3-4years of customer service, Logistics or relevant experience
- Food industry experience preferred
- High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and independent, good interpersonal skills
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Team-working skills, detail oriented
- Curiosity to foreign cultures
- Customer oriented
- Expected to perform in a fast paced environment
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
