MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. Have a BS in Computer Science, Engineering related field.
2. Equivalent work experience with 3+ years in manufacturing technical service areas. (plant automation)
Special Knowledge
1. Project management experience preferred

Support scope of ATS (Automation Technology Support):

-Provide technology support for PANS level L3 and lower (Manufacturing Automation & Laboratory systems)
-BT Infrastructure site coordination tasks - liase with BTI Site Services and HP Support Services to support PGM BT applications and technologies.
- Provide DBMS and Middleware support.
–Provide HW & OS installation & BAU support of non HP supported devices, patching, change control, and GMP requirements.
- RFC's for all technology systems - servers, networks, DBMS, Middleware etc. that support GMP systems at the plant level.
–Responsible for application installation & configuration support.
–Liais with PGE for infrastructure and technology tasks related to PGE activities.
–Ensure standardization of platforms.
–Integration with HP for repeatable commodity tasks.
–Implementation of PANS.
-Ensures that all equpiment and facilities are maintained in a GMP compliant state at all times.
Primary Duties

-Implement global programs for standardardization and globalization of priorities.
-Ensure GMP training and fit for purpose is complete and up do date annually.
-Responsible for supporting the evaluation and Implementation of new automation technologies with PGM BT and Pfizer Global Engineering.
-Apply best practices to drive efficiency and reduce risk in business processes.
-Ensure consistent implementation of business process automation principles and alignment of changes with project and departmental objectives.
-Act as the subject matter expert in automation technology support.
-Implement planned maintenance and back up startegies for automation systems.
-Prepare and update supporting asset , quality or GMP documentation when necessary.
-Work closely with project sponsors and project team members to ensure effective communication takes place throughout any project life cycle.
-Must be familiar with and demonstrate the ITIL operational framework for I.T.
-Troubleshoot and problem solve automation issues directly or through 24/7 vendor support.
-Provide estimated project costs for upgrades and maintenance to management when necessary.
-Must be able to present site information in front of colleagues and management when necessary using MS office.
-Must maintain bi-weekly dashboards for site automation technolgy life cycle, and associated compliance readiness.
-Must have the ability to manage multiple projects with multiple suppliers.

- 对自动化系统故障提供直接故障排查或获取供应商24/7 支持。
- 提供管理层有关项目更新及维护的成本预测。
- 能用微软办公软件展示工厂的相关资料。
- 具备管理多项目及多供应商参与的项目的能力。
