职位描述

Responsibilities:
To provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management services in the portfolio, with a focus on continuous improvement, the compliance review program, along with consistent M&E and PPM programs for China portfolio. To achieve financial and other targets established by management.
The Facilities Manager must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators required by Client as set out in the service contract.

REQUIREMENTS:
Min. 8 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
Knowledge of local occupational safety requirements
Knowledge of critical facilities
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property
Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
Ensure follow-on business through flawless execution and delight customers
Working experience in environment
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
Encyclopedic knowledge of what’s happening on the facility
Able to interact with a wide range & level of client staff at ease
Has a customer-oriented attitude
Demonstrate proactive and professional approach to customer services
Strong communication skill with client
Ability to manage conflicts and balance between client and firm requirements
