职位描述
Requirements:
1.Bachelor of Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
2.5 years in manufacturing and/or quality, MUST with 2~3 years direct experience in electric motor and / or gearbox industry, Brushless DC motor and controller knowledge will be a plus.
3.Computer skills (Lotus Notes, MS Office, Excel, MS Project), CET 6 would be an advantage.
4.Good spoken and written language skill in English, Mandarin / Chinese.
Responsiblities:
1.Provide project leadership on basic to moderately complex projects.
2.With minimal supervision, perform the following during new product development:
o Provide engineering leadership on project through final release of drawings and first production run.
o Generate engineering specification after agreement with Marketing on functional specifications.
o Create and control development schedule.
o Build and test prototypes.
o Develop and conduct test protocols, plans, and risk assessments.
o Take responsibility for coordinating release of preliminary engineering prints in a manner (accuracy, completeness and timeliness) that supports the project timeline.
o Lead cross-functional project meetings.
o Take overall responsibility for project timing and successful product completion.
3.Generate new product and product improvement ideas.
4.Provide sustaining engineering support to existing products helping on-going cost reduction and product improvement.
5.Support the following Supplier Development tasks:
o Ensure effective introduction of products from Manufacturing to Supplier's production for transferred projects.
o Identify appropriate manufacturing technologies.
o To proactively identify product and manufacturing process improvements with regard to quality, repeatability, throughput and resource utilization.
o Innovative mechanical solutions to complex manufacturing requirements.
6. Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
