Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1 支持新项目的前期报价，包括设备投资和工时

2 负责新产品的过程设计

3 起草设备技术协议，询价并和采购部一起选择供应商

4 跟踪设备制造过程，并根据技术协议验收设备

5 准备生产工艺相关的所有文件

6 建立每一过程的标准时间并在SAP中维护

7 对新的工艺培训操作员工

8 负责新项目的内部过程审核

9 进行产线和过程的持续改进

l0 培训产线员工

l1 完成主管安排的其他任务

Education/Experience:

1 工科，大专以上学历

2 熟练使用MS Office软件(Word, Powerpoint, Excel)和AUOTCAD.

3 独立工作能力

4 多任务导向，维护保密信息

5 过程设计经验

6 具有ISO14001相关的专业知识

7 熟悉与汽车领域相关的标准、质量工具，例如TS16949, APQP, SPC, MSA,

8 PPAP, FMEA, 8D

9 熟悉客户特殊要求(F-Q,Q1,GP)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Support the new product quotation regarding of labor cost and equipment investment.
2 Be responsible for process design of new product.
3 Prepare all documents related to production process.
4 Establish standard time of each process and design the material routes.
5 Training the operators regarding new process.
6 Be responsible for process internal audit for new project.
7 Achieve all related documents after new project is closed.
8 Assist the continuous improvement of production and process.
9 Provide training related to production process.
10 Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.


Education/Experience
1 Some college preferred – minimum college graduate.
2 Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Auto CAD.
3 Be capable of working independently and also as a vital member of an mfg engineering support team.
4 Must have a high degree of accuracy and organization.
5 Must be multi-task oriented. Be to maintain confidential information.
6 Process design experience, preferred in the automotive industry.
7 Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. TS 16949,APQP,
SPC,MSA,PPAP,FMEA,8D.
8 Familiar with customer specific requirement (e.g. F-Q, Q1, GP)
9 Knowledge on ISO14001
