主要工作职责:
1.阅读并掌握测试文档、测试要求、测试标准，保证测试控制柜、测试仪器、测试夹具、测试计划的可持续性改进。
2.根据测试标准、测试计划等，在项目层级计划和管理测试项目，从而满足项目测试时间节点要求。
3.编写并调试PLC和Labview程序，保证测试控制柜，测试仪器，测试夹具等的电气功能的可靠性。
4.创建测试文件和报告，明确的评估和建议，包括后续文档的更新。
5.与测试技术人员、样品试制工程师以及产品工程师一起系统有效的应用所需工具测量、测试测试控制仪器和设备，设计分析工具，进行结构问题分析，以及解决产品测试中技术问题。
6.工作上协调相关的测试小组成员。
7.上司交代的其他工作。

教育/工作经验：
1.机械工程，汽车工程，机电工程或自动控制类本科学历；
2.至少3年汽车行业的工作经验；
3.较好的逻辑思维，问题分析和思考能力；
4.熟悉汽车行业通用标准和质量工具如TS16949，PPAP，具备ISO14001和ISO17025相关方面的知识；
5.精通测试设备，测试控制仪器，测试工装等；
6.英语流利，懂德语更佳；
7.汽车工作经验优先；
8.团队工作精神和强烈工作责任感；
9.较好的人际关系和交流技巧.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Review and digest test documents, requirements, specifications to assure all quality test controllers, instruments, fixtures and benches, test plans to be developed.
2.Plan and manage test activities at a project level in accordance with test specifications, test plans (DVP&R), and procedures to meet project timing.
3.PLC and Labview programming and debugging to assure reliable electronics performance and functions of test controllers, instruments, fixtures and benches.
4.Create test documents and reports with clear assessments and recommendations, including follow-up.
5.Cooperate with Test Technician, Prototype Engineer, and Product Engineer to systematically and efficiently apply required know-how for measuring and testing controllers and equipments to carry out structured problem analysis, develop analysis tools, and solve technical problems in product testing.
7.Other tasks from immediate supervisor.

Education/Experience
1.Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical-electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Automatic Control.
2.Minimum 3 years work experience in automotive industry.
3.Application of analytical thought in the problem-solving process.
4.Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. TS16949 and PPAP. Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO17025.
5.Good Knowledge with controllers, instruments, fixture, and equipments.
6.Fluent English in read, written and oral, German is a plus.
7.Team Work spirit and strong work responsibility.
8.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
