Requirements:
- At least college degree, major in mechanical manufacturing;
- At least 3 years management and supervisor experience in a multinational manufacturing company;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English language;
- Honest and ethical in business handling;
- Strong leadership skill, good communication skill and also a team player.

Job Responsibilities:
- Overall administraion and supervision to the Production Department;
- Be responsible for the safety and environment of the plant;
- Ensure the manufacturing quality and cost efficiency;
- Provide training to new recruits regarding the standard procedure and proper tools / machines;
- Supervise the general mantenance work on the production equipment;
- set up, describe and implement new procedure in and around the workshop
- Arrange well structured organization
- Work closely with other internal departments;
- Other works assigned by the Technical Director.
