某美资汽车零配件企业委托招聘 Casting
Maintenance Engineer

NAME:
Casting Maintenance Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.
Monitors the production equipments operation status & be
responsible for normal maintenance work, and repair the issue machine in time
and short machine break time.

2.
Establishes equipment maintenance plan and work instruction, lead
maintenance staff to implement preventive maintenance work regularly.

3.
Be responsible for maintenance work instruction document.

4.
Implements TPM requirements for the key equipments strictly.

5.
Supports LV maintenance supervisor to monitor and repair key
equipment, update and backup the program.

6.
Training and supports maintenance technician from technical side,
to ensure equipment are running well.

7.
Be responsible for cooling water system daily operation and
regular maintenance.

8.
Be responsible to contact and keep with foreign supplier to get
the help.

9.
Be responsible for equipment spare parts management and spare
parts supplier contact.

10.
Be responsible to update and rebuild the production machine and
testing equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Academic:

·
Bachelor
degree in Mechanical /Automation /Electro-Mechanical Engineering

Experience

·
More than
3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic or Maintenance Electrician in
electrical production field with electrician license ;

·
Skilled in
PLC control , hydraulic system , compress air system and pipes system

·
Strong
interpersonal and communication skills and good on team building

·
Good
English skill （speaking, writing and
reading）

·
With
casting machine experience is plus
