Position: Quality Manager
Report to: Plant Manager
Location: SIP, Suzhou


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the process quality control management systems in operation, including procedures and WI for inspection
2. Coordinate for specific products across quality functions
3. Knowledge of the customer s policies and procedures to properly execute according to the customer s requirements.
4. Drive for process continual improvement activities
5. Perform diagnosis, trouble shooting, analysis and using quality tools and statistical techniques
6. Provide product, process and quality related tool trainings to team members
7. Support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP


Qualification:

1. Minimum 8 years of machining experience including 5 year quality management
2. Hands-on working experience with ISO/TS core tools such as SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, etc.
3. ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits
4. Bachelor or above, relevant major is preferred, such as engineering, mechanical
5. Have the analytical skills necessary to do root cause investigation
6. Able to interpret drawings, CMM reports, GD&T
7. Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the customer and all levels within SMW
8. Good English communication, both oral and written
9. Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
