TITLE: PROCESS / PRODUCTION PLANNING
Professional skill requirement
Bachelor or Master degree in related major;
Experience in Engineering area for at least 5 years ; managing experience would be a benefit;
Good knowledge of English (German language knowledge is an advantage),
Excellent knowledge in Stamping and forming process
Excellent knowledge in Chinese automotive industry;
Software knowledge: SAP, MS-Office and Quality related software.
Rights:
Support request of all departments in case of project management;
Developing assembly processes.
Advice PR and QA in product quality;
Release parts under consideration of customer specification;
Measurement agreements with Customer;
Sign on the company documentation according to signature regulations;
Participate the workers committee;
Basic personal requirement
Strategy thinking;
Performance driven and results oriented;
Highly motivated and steady;
Professional communication skills and the ability to integrate and motivate staff and co-workers; incl. Customer and Supplier communication as well as certification companies.
