职位描述
Job Description-Purchasing Manager
Responsibility:
? Define and implement purchasing department strategy based on global purchasing policy and strategy.
? Define and monitor purchasing department KPI
? Make spend and save budget to achieve cost saving target
? Manage purchasing team, regularly organize department meeting, track and improve department performance.
? Manage and monitor commodity sourcing, program purchasing to support company new program development and SOP.
? Manage material purchasing to ensure production operation.
? Set up and monitor suppliers' performance review system including quality, cost, delivery and supply risk, continue to improve suppliers' performance with quality and logistics department.
? Define and implement suppliers' development strategy by commodity.
? Improve and optimize purchasing procedure, and supplier development and management procedure to optimize and improve supply base.
? Support global sourcing
? Monitor raw material market price
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree with background of mechanical or engineering
? Above 5 years purchasing/ sourcing experience within metal or electronics commodity, plus 3 years equivalent purchasing management and program management experience
? Familiar with forging, foundry/ die casting, machining, stamping etc.
? Skilled at English capability for both of written and oral
? Good ability of negotiation for quotation, coordination, and cost analysis etc.
? Strong team work, responsible, result-oriented, and people management ability.
? Familiar with ERP purchasing system etc.
