Responsibilities:
·Take charge of overall financial management, including but not limited to accounting, budgeting, planning, reporting and financial controlling
·Monitor and implement effective financial policies & procedures according to company's guidelines
·Conduct regular financial performance review & improve overall management efficiency
·Support annual budget process and internal/external auditing
·Support Headquarters in Germany to prepare financial reports, forecast and cost analysis, etc.
·Responsible for related finance data setup and management in ERP system
·Maintain good working relationship with local finance/government organizations
·Deal with tax authorities for monthly/annual tax filing
·Supervise other financial related affairs such as treasury, cash flow, banking, risk management, etc.
·Report to Controlling Dept. in Headquarters and General Manager in China
·Perform other duties as assigned

Educational qualification:
University degree or above, with major in finance or related subjects

Language:
Good in English (both oral and written), German language preferred

·Good financial education background, with rich experience in financial controlling & management
