职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Take full responsibility of human resource management and development
· Make and implement HR strategies and plans in compliance with company mission to achieve organization/business objectives
·
Design organization plan and people plan to facilitate organization
growth, employees' career development and retention of valuable human
resources

· Coordinate overall HR functions, including:
Staffing (wage and salary administration, C & B), Training and
talent development, Performance appraisal review, Recruitment, Employee
relations, etc.

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
· Be responsible for staff disciplinary issues and labor issues shooting
· Estimate annual budget of HR functions to control cost effectively
· Solve relevant problems on human resource management
· Handle other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· University degree or above; Fluent in both verbal and written English
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role, manufactory background preferred
· Acquire a systematic knowledge of modern enterprise management mode
· In-depth understanding of human resource development
· Outstanding leadership, with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
· Strong capabilities of planning and possess controlling for multitasks
· Have an optimistic attitude under the big pressure of work
· Loyal, serious, dedicated and responsible
· Good teamwork spirit
