1.College degree , major in technical is preferred
2.Working experience min 2 years as a QA Engineer
3.Have leadership skill
4.Discipline
5.Good communication skill
6.Willing to work hard and able to work with team
7.Can operate computer, at least MS Office
8.Good English both oral and written
9.Understand quality system and basic statistic
10.Able to read product drawing
11.Able to use QC tools and sampling technique

Job description:
1.Responsible for the development of new project that has relationship with quality aspects ( prepare the quality inspection plan, testing method, range board, give training to QC before pilot run / mass production)
2.Provide evaluation report and analysis of new product and samples to Engineering.
3.Perform and analyze CPK reports and communicate results to Project Engineers.
4.Find ways to improve test methods and fixtures for quality control.
5.Train Quality Control on new product quality standards and test methods when necessary.
6.Involve in customer complaint handling
7.Participate actively in contract review with customer in term of quality aspects.
8.Performs other functions as required by his/her supervisor.
