1.Bachelor
degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.




At
least 3 years experience in Project Management of Cosmetic /Plastic molding
industry. Or 5 years above Project Mgmt Experience.

Leadership skill especially in communication skill.

6.Good
written English skill. Good Oral English skill is preferred.

with product and mold design

9.Having completely knowledge/experience in mold,
molding, decoration and assembly. Have strong ability/experience

to judge,
solving problems, and provide proposal if necessary.

Job Description:

1. Visit
customer to support sales team on new project.




与销售一起拜访客户并提供技术支持






2. Risk
analysis for new project and setup new project development schedule




实施新项目风险评估并制定项目排期






3. Lead the project team
to deliver the project on time with good quality and low cost. Follow up and
monitor the projects with project team from kick off until 1st
shipment delivery with good result.




领导项目团队确保项目按时，按质并低成本完成。与项目团队一起跟踪监督确保项目从启动到最后顺利准时交付






4. Visit customer for
project presentation and trouble shooting.




直接面对客户介绍项目进度及问题解决




5.
Work with other team to drive cost down after 1st delivery to
customer.




与其他团队协作降低投产后项目的运作成本。
