JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Engineering Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE:
Successfully transfer the project.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with sending facility ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner.
2. Plan, implement continuous improvement in production process and follow up.
3. Corrective actions.
4. Recommend, design, select machinery, tools, jigs, and fixtures required to the products.
5. Responsible for root cause analysis, corrective action and continuous improvement to increase.
6. Working efficiency and throughput
7. Providing proper documentation, training and communication of product process related.
8. Information to line supervision and shop personnel.
9. BOM maintained in SAP.
10.Other duty assigned by supervisor.
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Must have the manufacturing working experience of CNC Knowledge & Skills.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
1. Technical Engineering or Industrial Engineering background.
2. At least 5 years in manufacturing area, machining area preferred.
3. Be familiar with the Auto CAD and other relevant Engineering software.
4. Strong understanding for technical drawing.
DESIRABLE:
1. Experience of project transfer.
