Position: Financial Manager
Report to:GM

1) Manage the Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Taxes and Financial Planning and Analysis
2)Work closely with operating line management to continually monitor manufacturing productivity improvements, promote operational efficiency, analyze the economic value of all capital expenditures, monitor inventory levels and yields and assist in the responsibilities for planning, budgeting, financial analysis and establishing strong cost controls
3)Direct and prepares the financial analysis and statements for corporate review. Effectively and timely summarizes the financial results with the appropriate analysis and evaluations
4)Contribute to strategic planning and development of the China market
5)Build exceptionally strong relationships with all levels of management in the company and with key external figures and groups
6)Manage to the company internal control policies /systems / processes
7)Manage the ERP system master maintenance and as the internal trainer
8)Oversee company insurance, licensing, contracts and agreements, legal areas and activities. Participate in local negotiations

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business required.
2. Experience: At least 7 years experience in manufacturing plant, being a financial strategist with a strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting and working capital management Have good experience with foreign ERP system. Good in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
3.Tools & Technology: Presentation software, spreadsheet / database software & ERP
4.Capability: Customer focused and sensitive to market environment;
5.Good knowledge of key financial and operational metrics;
6.Capable of leading changes & innovations;
7.Effective people leading skill with proven ability of inspiring & enabling subordinates;
8.Effective communication skill;
9.Logical & systematic thinking; decisive;
10.Good at English / Mandarin written, oral expression & comprehension.
