Job Title: Application Engineer – Diesel Engine

职 位 : 应用工程师 – 柴油发动机

Reporting: Report to General Manager

汇报关系：向总经理汇报

Major Responsibility

主要工作职责

l Support the sales team on obtaining new business opportunities; communicate with customers in technical aspect and add value in providing customer technical support.

支持销售团队以获得新的业务机会；与客户进行技术方面的交流，通过技术支持增加公司的价值。

l Review and analyze the customer’s technical needs and take the lead to prepare engineering proposal(s) in a timely manner.

审查和分析客户的技术需求并主导相关工程方案的及时准备和提交。

l Define and develop the specifications of prototype and production parts that will meet customer’s requirements, in line with the marketing short-term and long-term strategies, and draft technical agreement with customers.

配合公司短期和长期的市场战略，按客户的要求定义和制定样件和生产件的技术规范，起草与客户的技术协议。

l Communication with oversea tech centers to get tech support and coordinating design, prototype and testing activities etc. Monitor and support the customer’s testing.

与国外技术中心沟通以获得技术支持，协调产品设计、样件开发和测试活动等相关事宜。跟踪和支持客户测试。

l Responsible of release new or changed drawings and engineering bill of material in system for the new project and production.

负责新项目和生产件的图纸和材料清单在系统中的新发布或更新。

l Conduct technical presentations, training & seminars to customers and internal colleagues.

给客户和内部员工提供技术方面的讲解、培训和研讨。

l Taking active part in technical issue resolution on customer complaints and returns.

积极参加针对客户抱怨和退货的技术解决方案的制定。

l Other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

总经理指定的其他工作职责。

Qualification

资质要求

A．Knowledge（专业知识）

l University degree or above in Internal combustion engine / mechanical / automotive engineering or equivalent.

大学本科以上学历，内燃机 / 机械 / 汽车工程相关专业。

l Good knowledge of diesel engine design and/or manufacturing technology is a must.

必须熟悉柴油发动机设计或制造技术。

B．Experience（工作经验）

l At least 5 years diesel engine or components design or manufacturing working experience.

在柴油发动机或其零配件设计或制造行业有5年以上的工作经验。

l At least 3 years experience in mechanical design including concept initiate, 3D modeling and 2D drawing, etc.

有3年以上的机械设计经验，包括：概念设计、3D建模、2D出图等。

l Experience with Automotive Quality tools, such as FMEA, DVP&R process, PPAP process.

熟悉汽车行业质量工具，如： FMEA、DVP&R流程、PPAP流程、等。

C．Skill (技能)

l Experienced in Auto Cad and/or Pro E, Solid works.

熟连使用Auto Cad 和 Pro E, Solid works。

l Good negotiation, communication and personal skill.

良好的谈判、沟通和人际技巧。

l Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.

英文和中文口语和书面沟通熟练。

D．Ability (综合能力)

l Self-driven and results oriented.

自我驱动并以成果为导向。

l Quick Learner, willing to learn new skills and willing to teach others.

较强的学习能力；愿意学习新技能并愿意教别人。

l Customer oriented and cost conscious.

Preference requirement

优先录用条件

l Familiar with diesel engine cooling and/or lubricant system design or manufacturing, pump experience is much more preferred.

熟悉柴油发动冷却和、或润滑系统的设计和制造，有发动机泵类产品的经验者最优先。

l Familiar with the major diesel engine makers in Chinese market.

熟悉中国市场上的主要的柴油发动机制造公司优先。

l Strong technical skills in diesel engine components and can develop technical solutions to the customers.

具有很强的柴油发动机配件的技术能力，能给客户提供技术方案。

l Knowledge of TS 16949 quality systems.

熟悉TS16949质量体系。
