Responsibility:
? Provide troubleshooting direction to production that related to process & technical problem.
? Conduct major technical issue solving and improvement project, take the leader role on technical issue solving project.
? Audit and manage plant annual validation plan and control validation timeline, prepare for and check validation documents
? Provide advise on production continuous improvement in reduce scrap rate, increase efficiency, manpower reduction, project management system & etc.
? Be actively participate in the designing, developing of the new process
? Work with related department on the Master Formula review to ensure that all products are in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
? Provide technical support to the manufacturing facility in Asia and pacific area as well as China plants where necessary.
? Can work effectively with international staff / contract suppliers being sensitive to cultural and regional norms and traditions.
Requirements:
? Have bachelor degree in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic or engineering;
? Have pharmaceutical or relevant production or equipment management experience at least 3 years, and at least 5 years working experience in relevant industry;
? Be familiar with tablets, powder and capsule manufacturing equipments and production process with hands on experience;
? Be familiar with new equipments commissioning, trouble-shooting for the equipments in pharmaceutical or FMC industry
? Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
? The ability of coordination, organization, analysis and express skills .
