Requirements:
? B.S. in Finance or Accounting.
? Local PRC / IFRS GAAP.
? 7 years as accounting / finance manager at multinational companies in China.
? 5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
? 5 years of management experience.
? 3 years of working experience at one of the Top 4 CPA firms.
? CPA license in China.
? Knowledge and experience in ERP systems, such as Tip-Top or SAP.
? Strong communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English.
? Familiar with Microsoft Office.;

Job Descriptions:
? Overall responsibility for the Finance Department currently with 6 subordinates.
? Manage, monitor and ensure all accounting activities are in compliance with required local regulations and accounting principles as well as Group accounting guidelines.
? Manage cash flow and monitor cash balance to ensure sufficient cash is available to support normal business operations.
? Operational fund management for short, middle and long term development.
? Responsible for all management, financial accounting, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, performance analysis and related strategic planning activities.
? Tax Optimization.
? Coordinate with external auditors to perform annual audit and generate Audit Report.
? Assist Group financial controller on special projects.
? In charge of legal matters regarding tax issues and A/R collection.
? Support local management by providing timely information and management suggestions to run operations effectively and efficiently.
? Local PRC GAAP/China Accounting Standards compliance and reporting, including working with local auditors and agents to ensure compliance with LL requirements.
