Requirements:
? Mechanical/Engineering Graduate
? At least 5-year working experience in manufacturing industry.
? Experienced use of statistical / quality tools, 6 Sigma experience,
? 6 sigma Black Belts is a prefer.
? Experience in Kaizen, Lean manufacture, 5S, TPM and other modern manufacturing
techniques etc.
? Experienced use of auditing systems (Benchmarking / best Practice)
? Strong interpersonal skills and Strong communication skills
? Able to demonstrate experience and results of: workplace analysis, successful presentation
? skills, training, Project Management.
? Leadership experience: Got to have the ability to get things done, when you have no direct
? authority to get them done yourself.
? Ability to work unsupervised.
? Potential for development into senior operational / management roles.
? Open minded, ability to adapt to new ideas, flexible.
? Fluent in written and spoken English
Job Descriptions:
? Overall Purpose of the position
v Continuous improvement & Operation Excellence implementation to achieve Measurable outcomes in Profitability,Cash, Quality, Customer Satisfaction etc.
v Improve operations in terms of standardization, process management, implementing from grounding work like Safety +5S to CIP with Lean-6 Sigma tools and also focusing on leadership
? Competences.
v Obtain financial and non-financial benefits through implementing continuous improvement activities and projects.
v Provide a dedicated resource to support the various Operational Excellence activities and improvement projects.
? Output
v VPC OpEx program conformance and execution.
v Site CIP targets (inventory, space, quality, efficiency, utilization, productivity, lead time etc.)
? Metrics
v Efficiency
v Utilization
v Quality
v OEE
v Lead time reduction
v Inventory
v Flexibility (shift mix versus overall customer mix)
v 5S audit score improvement in operation area
