Job Descriptions:

- Lead recruiting team and be responsible for staffing of Asia manufacturing and sales offices, including job definition, recruitment, selection, hiring, new hire processing and orientation. Ensure BPM is met and continuously improve customer satisfaction rate at the area of recruiting

- Acts as business partner to the management of the BUs of ACMD and ECD. and ensure the flexible and consistent of HR practices executed in BUs. Identifies key human resource priorities and acts as a change agent to improve overall people performance then the business performance

- Effectively lead the team by measuring the work and provide timely coaching and necessary resources. Be role model.

- Play a key role in HR leadership team and work with other function heads (C&B, Training) in providing strategic functional vision and consolidate the work group into one HR team with seamless connection and supports.

- Journey towards excellence. Seek opportunities on continuously improve HR practices and raise the performance level of HR team. Lead or participate JTE projects as necessary

Requirements:

- BA/BS Human Resources, Business or equivalent.

- 3+ years Human Resource recruiting experience and 2+ generalist experiences in a manufacturing and/or sales offices environment.

- 3 year HR Supervisor experience at least.

- Good command of English.

- Good PC Skill, especially on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Self-motivated and independent work under pressure

- Good knowledge on manufacturing operations and/or sales offices practices.

- Good skills on influence people and skillful on fostering positive company culture.

- Good coaching skill and focus on delivering results by team..
