职位描述
Overview
1) Southwest market has 7 local OEM and 3 JV OEM, Annual car production will increse to 2.5~3M. we need add another OEM sales engineer to handle these OEMs;
2) In FY15 we can target over 50M US$ business in South tawest;
3) We need consider more billing after FY15;
4) Now we follow up lots of car models such as Changan C2X,B311,S201,R103 and F103;Ford B500 and D568; Lifan X40, X80 and 820 etc.
5) We also follow up lots of projects such as engine sensor plugs/CMC/38P etc. for changan and Lifan.
6) These OEM hope to talk with Tie-II supplier for their projects, we need catch this chance to promote TE wide products to them;
Responsibilities:
1. Propose and implement annual district sales plan (billing target, market share, product mix, special project etc.) by customer; conduct analysis to identify customer needs (with coaching and guidance); promote products to customers
2. Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitors information; collect newest OEM information competitors information from OEM. According to his/her experienced marketing knowledge, prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan. Market survey
3. Create and maintain relationship with existing customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.
Qualifications:
1. College education or above, specialized in Mechatronics.
2. Above 2-3 years work experience in sales.
3. Have over 2 years experience from technical sales and key account management within Auto industry.
4. Great communication skills.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
