工作职责：

1)Cashier 出纳

1.Arrange salary / expenses payment to staffs on time 准时安排员工工资和报销付款

2.Go to bank to submit bank payment orders & cash-in checks, collect receiving bank notes, deposit cash into bank and withdraw cash 去开户银行提交银行付款指令和收款支票、收取银行收款回单、存款和提取现金

3.Settle Cash reimbursement and ask receiver to sign each payment voucher 安排现金付款并要求收款人在支出凭单上签收

4.Collect cash-in check from operation site and record the site and check information on the collection book 收集分店上交的收款支票并将分店和支票信息记录在收款登记簿上

5.Book actual Cash & Bank transactions into journal reports every day每天按照实际收支业务登记现金和银行日记帐

6.Check cash balance every weekend and month end 每周/余额末盘点现金

7.Prepare the bank reconciliation report and check by GL accountant每月末编制银行余额调节表并经总帐会计复核

2)Invoice & Tax 发票和税务工作

1.Purchase、keeping official invoices in office and distribute the fixed amount invoices to site 购买、保管、分发定额发票，购买印刷发票。

2.Check site invoice application and issue invoice accordingly. 审核开票申请并开具发票

3.Blanking out and repeating vicious invoice. Then inform AR account to update SAP invoice data. 作废、重开发票并通知应收帐款会计在SAP中作废、更改该发票信息

4.Responsible for collect invoice receipt and backup to A/R document 发出、回收、登记回执并将其附于发票后

5.Handle the Local Tax declaration and duties (Business Tax, Individual Income Tax, Corporate income tax and any other taxes) 处理定期的当地税务申报工作， 包括营业税，个人所得税，企业所得税，本地和外出经营税务登记和其他税务相关工作

3)Operation Controller 营运控制工作

1.Visit the sites on a regular basis, check site cash, inventory & asset management 定期视察分店，检查分店的现金管理、库存盘点和资产管理

2.Provide technical supporting and reply the related questions from operation site 向营运提供财务方面的职能支持并及时回答分店提出的问题

任职资格：

1. 大学专科以上、会计或相关专业学历

2. 2~5年相关工作经历

3. 熟练运用Excel等办公软件。

4. 良好的书面英语，简单英语会话 (CET-4) 以及沟通能力。
