职位描述

岗位职责:

? Drive the FM service sales through the signature of new Facility Management contracts resulting not only from opportunities but more importantly through a systematic approach.
? Achieve the objectives set on market segments that he/she is responsible for.

JD:
1. To develop the business opportunities through signature of the FM service contract.
a) Persistently pursue the sales opportunities aligned with company development strategy
b) Be responsible for prospects analysis, relationship building up, opportunities following up
c) Be responsible for the FM service proposal including the technical and commercial ones.
d) Be responsible for the contract negotiation including the commercial parts
e) Be responsible to follow the company procedures till thed signature of the contract

2. To support regional BDD to elaborate a Development strategy for his/her region.
a) Consistently collect the market and competitors information, development trend, to support RBDD for Marketing and Sales Operational Plan (MSOP)

3. To work with Operation and CofEx department for the new sites opening
a) Hold the new contract opening meeting participated by transition team and operation team
b) Transfer all the related documents including but not limited at proposal, key e-mail communication, org-chart and contract.
c) Coordinate the first one month communication meetings with clients
d) Regular revisit after the formal operation
e) Identify the potential opportunities with the clients and operation team.


4. To ensure quality internal communication on his/her activity, including any new contracts:
a) By developing a strong working relationship with other departments and divisions
b) By communicating with and assisting the Operations team with new contracts.
c) By preparing fully detailed “opening advice” forms and ensuring a signed contract is obtained from the client prior to opening the site.

5. To develop and share knowledge
a) By contributing to develop our FM knowledge database.
b) By inputting and updating the CRM system on the timely basis


任职要求:

Requirements:

- Education
Bachelor degree or above, business or engineering major is preferred
- Experience
Minimum 5 years professional experience

- Competencies
? Successful record with strong sales background
? An existing network of prospects relationships in commercial and industrial buildings area with Foreign Investment Companies or similar entities.
? Proven ability to establish client’s relationships
? Operational experience in FM service to support solutions development in a practical way.
? Skills in Customer Relationship management.
? Basic financial knowledge to be capable to build up and negotiate the contract commercial terms

? Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
? The ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a large and diverse client base.
? Ability to prioritize in a resource constrained environment.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
? High tolerance to travel pressures in his/her region
? Capability to work on the multi-projects.
? A strong team player mindset.
