Customer quality (Assistant manager)
Job Requirement
1. 8 years working experience on electrical manufacturing or relative manufacturing;3-5years experience on customer quality management
2. Bachelor in Engineering and Electrical background
3. Familiar with industrial technical specification knowledge required with exposure on manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, product engineering and design engineering
4. Must be familiar on the different methodologies in problem solving/Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, 7 steps, DMAIC, 8D,SPC). Six Sigma experience is preferred
5. Customer complaint solving and 8D report
6. RMA failure analysis tooling and FA report
7. Be willing to travel and get good relationship with customer
8. Good communication in English (verbal and writing) and mandarin
9. Excellent on office tooling(EXCEL,PPT,etc)
10. Good team player and good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
11. Familiar with quality systems standards ISO9001, ISO14000, with certification of internal auditor (ISO9000) is preferred.
Job Responsibility
1. Lead RMA team to deal with RMA failure.
2. Work with internal quality team to do continuous improvement on product quality to customer expectation.
3. Define and manage internal procedures to make sure quality improvement under defined procedures.
4. To work closely with RD,PE and relevant function to ensure product quality to minimize any customer complaints.
5. Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly quality review meeting with customer and timely update to customer the actions status.
6. Feedback customer feedback and lead the implementation on production line for customer requirements.
7. Define the inspection technical spec and criteria to meet customer requirements.
8. Lead customer audit and actions follow up.
9. Other tasks be assigned by management
