具体要求：
1. 2+ years experience as WB process engineer.
2. Experience of Al wire bond and familiar with OE wire bonder is preferred.
3. Au/CU WB as a plus.
4. Report witting in English.
5. Experience of material, process characterization through advanced methodology such as DOE.
6. Experienced yield improvement initiations.

岗位职责：
1.Be part of FOL process engineering sector, dedicates and contributes to the sector.
2.Be expert at certain process steps.
3.Be owner of the process, focus on yield/quality/productivity improvement, cost reduction.
4.Be able to use various engineering tools (e.g. FMEA/CP, Six Sigma methodology etc) to continuously improve process in terms of yield (DPPM), quality (non conformance), capability (Cpk).
5.Support the success of new product introduction, capacity expansion and engineering evaluation, follow up with APQP requirements.
6.Improve process quality towards zero defects, address the customer complaints by 8D methodology with team work, update the learning into FMEA/CP.
7.Timely close line abnormal such as maverick lots, QCN, OCAP, SPCN with quick containment action, root cause identification and effective corrective action, to meet plant wide cycle time goal with guaranteed quality level.
8.Join cost reduction initiatives and work for material 2nd sources and localization.
9.Generate and update relevant specifications and provide training for production staff.
10.Provide good internal customer services to all sections in order to achieve the overall company mission, such as like machine qualification and buyoff, operator/technician training and sign off etc.
11.Keep up with new Technology and advanced materials for consideration to improve the process with innovation.
12.Other responsibility to be assigned based on the business need.
